Sewing Projects

I had fun sewing pyjamas for Helayna and pyjama pants for Silas this week.  Helayna is in love with Jillian Jiggs books and Heather made her a stuffed pig for Christmas so this flannel with pigs on it was perfect.  I added ruffles at all the hems to make them more girly!  With all the excitement around Olympic hockey, Silas' pants are made with a great flannel hockey print.   Thanks to Heather for sending me pictures of them modeling :)

  1. So cute! They look really snug and cosy in Granny's pjs, Crystal!

  2. Oh fun! Love the pjs. I'm sure they were well received and will be well worn. I think you'll have to show me this pattern in a tutorial this week. ;)

  4. They turned out awesome and the kids love them. Thank you so much for making them. Helayna calls them her Jillian Jiggs pajamas. :)

I need to learn how to sew clothes.

  5. Cute! Cute Jammies!! We had an impromptu sleepover (due to a blown sunroof on their vehicle enroute to Edmonton) here with the Grandkids last night and I had no pj's for them! I will have to make some and keep them here just in case. I have a quilt loaded and ready to quilt but these darn Olympics are getting in the way!! Oh well next week I can play everyday.
