Appetizers for Christmas
Along with 2 of my good friends, I learnt how to make some new and interesting appetizers tonight. A lady who owns a successful catering company did a cooking class in the community hall and we had a great time chopping, stirring, baking, and tasting! Brie Cheese with Almonds or Cranberry Sauce was a definite hit as was the Hot Buttered Rum!
Other items included Nacho Dip, Crab Rangoons, Salsa Cruda, Garlic Pita Chips, Maple Sausage Bites, and Chili Con Queso. Definitely was fun creating and tasting together!

They sound great. Do we get to try some during Christmas? I'd love to help you make a few for Christmas Eve. I should bring some Brie back from Poland; it's delicious and relatively cheap compared to Canada. I'm glad you had a night out with friends and some time to just enjoy. Love & hugs.
