Gratitude Gifts Today

Filling my life with goodness:

- waking up to a cute little face peering down on us

- watching Samuel's morning routine with his Mommy and Daddy

- seeing Tyler get ready to go to the hospital

- how our daughter knows her son so well already

- this cute little apartment that seems like a house

- homemade granola

- seeing the places that our daughter goes (getting groceries at Trader Joe's)

- chai tea

- apricot toothpaste

- banana chocolate chip muffins

- riding in the back with Samuel

- organic fruits and vegetables

- the kinds of products Trader Joe's sells

- pineapple salsa

- interesting new products like Peach Salsa and Layered Hummus

- finding a parking place close by

- Thai vegetable dumplings

- homemade yogurt

- Quinoa Taco Salad - it was delicious

- checking the baby monitor and watching Samuel sleep

- quiet

- warm Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies, just out of the oven

- a clean counter and empty sink

- water to drink

- toys all put away

- photobooks

- fresh daffodils

- Samuel fresh out of the bathtub

- watching Melinda put her son to bed

- seeing Tyler walk in the door after a long day at the hospital

- babysitting so Mel and Tyler can go to the opera (her birthday treat)

- reading in the Bible

- hearing the news from our family at home

- cool breezes

- the assurance that He has our days ordained for His purposes

- knowing that my Saviour watches over me every day
