I did this one for an online challenge - use patterned paper as the base of your LO. I had fun with the chipboard, eyelets (haven't used those for a very long time) and rickrack.

Helayna, this summer at my Dad's 75th birthday party. I love the pensive look that Melinda captured in this picture. First time I've used scalloped paper - thanks for the idea about adding the punched holes, Mary!

This LO is from our quad trip to Grande Cache this summer. I love this picture, taken by my sister Esther, of us on the one lane bridge. The last 2 LOs were inspired by some sketches from Scrapbooks Etc..
Very nice, Crystal! I just love the rick-rack flower stems!
ReplyDeleteAwesome layouts, Mom! I love seeing your work!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful!! I love all of your layouts and yes I really like the rick-rack flower stems too! How creative!
ReplyDeleteThese are great. I like the flowers on the apple LO. Very cool with the rickrack. I've never tried the scalloped paper either, but it looks so neat on layouts. I love that picture of Helayna, too. How did you do the LO with the wave? I want to use it, but I'm not sure how best to cut the paper. I need some advice.
ReplyDeletewow - very nice and thanks for sharing - sorry i missed all the fun
